DMCA Copyright Policy

ilovepdf respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because our tools process files transiently — browser-side tools never upload anything, and server-side conversions are deleted immediately after processing — we do not host or store user files. If you believe otherwise, the procedure below applies.

Filing an infringement notice

Send a notice to us via the contact page (select “Copyright / DMCA”) containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it.
  3. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If material was removed following your upload and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice with: identification of the removed material, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or users found to repeatedly infringe will have access terminated.
